They just happen to be punks that wouldn't admit to it. So they go unreported and YOU my friend are a victim of management notes. Instead of wasting time with silly notes then maybe they should have an off duty officer to patrol (not sit in the car) But patrol. I had a female friend mugged once in the grocery store parking lot while an officer was sitting not forty feet away doing paper work.
