Jack Abramoff And His Tommy Gun

He may be the scum of the Earth, but you gotta love Jack-o’s sense of drama, as he dresses to the hilt Capone style when pleading guilty to just about every felony under the sun.
As sure as the sun rises each morning, a no trial plea means Abramoff is going to take down a handful of Republicans with him. And the only reason I’m happy about this news is because our elected representatives are going to get caught with their hands in the cookie jar. I’m all about accountability on both sides of the aisle and everywhere else in-between.

Abramoff certainly pulls of the looks of a Mafioso. His ethics and morality have already proven he is total scum. This one time high powered lobbyist who has now turned “states evidence” will no doubt embroil many a Republican and even a few Democrats to boot, proving that he was well adept at “bipartisan bribery”. The ensuing scandal and criminal probe will shed some light for us Americans who are quick to criticize foreign governments as corrupt, but fail to realize the level of corruption present within our own elected officials.
I couldn’t have said it better myself ;)
