   I hope it works out. That’s a cool neighborhood. Every time I drive by it, I start concocting reasons to move. Also, if you get the tix, ask for year’s worth of paid up Natty Greene’s tabs.

   we’ll see what happens. yes, sue, i’m telling them they can bribe me with tickets. and if that works david, i’ll shoot for the tabs as well… with drinks for the nba playoffs on them as well.
