    This better not be the same one that Senator Stevens has proposed to Senate. That same one has the FCC broadcast flag back in it again. AGAIN.

    no, it isn’t, though apparently, stevens has snuck it into the legislation (i can’t find the link). dirty politics, i tell ya.
