well, hopefully they figure out this copyright mess now that they have the bank of google backing them. though there’s one thing i’ve always wondered about… isn’t fair use automatically in play for media clips under 7 minutes long?
You know under fair use I would think you could get away with a lot. One rule of fair use is if you create a dialogue or a social commentary you can use it for that purpose. I’d love to see a high end media attorney back that in court.
