Sean, I’m sorry to see this blog go. Do you plan to be posting somewhere else?
But I totally appreciate the overhead that a blog incurs. Many people I know, myself included, now spend more time “microblogging” on sites like del.icio.us and in comments than we do on our own sites. I hope that you either hook up with a group blog or come up with some lightweight approach that strikes the right balance.
I’m lucky you’re in town. This is a big loss for many. I know you have plenty on your plate, thanks for all the linkage and love big bro. Best on your journey.
@ andy — thanks. yeah, you can’t get rid of me so easily. green bay, sunday. ;-)
@ dewitt — a core element of dotmatrix will be a collaborative blog (the dotmatrix project) to bring together a cross-section of ideas from top technologists, designers and forward-thinkers in our space (consider yourself pre-invited). so i do plan to continue blogging — and seancoon.org might even serve as the publishing vehicle to cross-post — but i’m narrowing down my focus to technology, community and the non-profit space.
as you know all too well, building stuff for a living takes a lot of time, effort and collaboration. i need to get back into that groove, as i’m now working on stuff that i want to work on… and i don’t have a steady paycheck! ;-)
You have a myspace page right?
sure: http://www.myspace.com/spcoon.
note to self: don’t get rid of crack addiction to pick up crystal meth as a substitute.
Stay in touch.
i’ll be around, here and there.
Ya better be around! Gonna miss reading you.
Wha?!
Happy Morphing.
