Well, that’s nice and all, but not only has he done zip to actually get us out of Iraq, he seems oblivious to the fact that that this crew is ginning up a (possibly nuclear) war with Iran on even flimsier evidence.
At this point, talk isn’t just cheap, it’s deadly.
yeah, but as of today, senators won’t even *talk* about these issues on the floor. they’ve debated to keep the debate a non-debate. hagel, again in the very least, is pushing like hell to get all senators to stop the theatrics and expose their position both on the surge and the overall troop deployment.
he voted against the surge, called out his colleagues over our occupation… what else would you have him do?
