Louis’ Healthy Breads (disclaimer: they’re a local client of mine) is kicking into high blogging gear. Grant — the head Chef and son of Louis, the owner — will be passing out samples of their mouth-watering, too tasty to be healthy (but they are!) breads this weekend at The Fresh Market in Winston-Salem, Greensboro and Cary, North Carolina.
