    Exactly my thought–my school sent an e-mail announcing it had extended condolences to Virginia Tech. I debated asking them to send condolences to Iraqi families, but honestly didn’t want to risk getting in some kind of trouble three weeks before graduating.

    not to take anything away from the tragedy in virginia, but innocent life is innocent life. i don’t see oprah rushing to do a story about these families. yes, i know, they’re not americans…
