Americans don’t seem to mind this assassination rhetoric from Pat Robertson, but what would be the response if the script was flipped? What if an evangelical Imam, with his own TV show and political ties to, say, the Iranian administration, suggested something similar about George Bush?

No matter your politics, this must be classified as dangerous rhetoric.
